We are happy to announce the beta release of the book Agile For Managers—Successful Teams That Deliver.

Per-Magnus Skoogh, who with 15 years of agile are among those who have worked longest with agile techniques in Sweden and Europe, is now in the finishing stages of a book which looks at agile from a leadership perspective. Agile techniques have long been active at grass-roots level, but the agile movement has gradually expanded until it is now affecting the whole organisation. The book Agile For Managers shows you how agile can help your organisation become more productive, have more fun and ensure yet more satisfied customers.

Later on this spring, Agile for Managers will have an official release together with DFK, and will then be available as book and e-book. We would love your feedback on the book, since we still have the opportunity to make minor adjustments before the actual release.

Since this is a beta release, content, illustrations and lay-out are still are still under development, and we are grateful for any and all feedback you want to give.
